Hi! I’m Esmeralda

 I’m a writer. Writing is something I naturally gravitate towards and do enjoy. And eventually realized that it could become a career path thanks to a phenomenal teacher that suggested it.

 

I am from the Dominican Republic, and currently reside in the United States. I’m  27 years old, Younger of 4 sisters. My writing experience starts and stops at writing my own thoughts, and that’s the way I prefer it. Currently working on finalizing my first book. Relevant things about me; Linda Migdalia Pujols Geronimo, Adriana Rodriguez, and my mom. The holy trinity of my bloodline( as far as influence goes). Linda was my maternal grandmother, and Adriana was my paternal grandmother. They’ve had the biggest impact on me. And have opened me up to the most profound truths about life ever since I had the capacity to form my own thoughts. In very different ways they both have stimulated my mind and soul in the most gratifying of ways. And now I appreciate as an adult.

 

In terms of my writing they represent a foundation, a background or a starting line. So there’s no better way to introduce myself. And start this journey.
